A beautiful cottage and what a difference from before it was fully renovated. Comfortable beds and great location for discovering in and around Exmouth. The accessibility touches were awesome.
The accessibility touches were awesome (partly the reason for booking) especially one of our party has limited mobility, however, a higher lounge chair in the living room would be beneficial and also either a raised toilet or some handles/handrails would be most helpful for anyone with mobility/balance issues.

It was a lovely property ideal for my family. We were visiting a family friend who as moved to a care home very close to the property which was ideal

Charming, beautifully furnished character property. Great overall space,, 2 bathrooms and bedrooms everything very clean. There is off-street parking and located in a very quiet residential area between Exmoutj and the beautiful Woodbury Common. Good communication from owner, easy to access. Will stay again - great location for visiting family.
The kitchen is small. Layout coild be rethought to add a small standard oven or at least an airfryer - just a hob and microwave currently.
Back garden is owners.

Master bedroom carpet filthy , small kitchen with ridiculous electric camping hob , very cold house with heating on 30 , master bedroom radiator Luke warm , hot water was only warm not hot enough for a nice shower , thrown together very cheaply 🤦♂️
