Casa pulita in ottima posizione

We visited during Christmas holidays and found it easy to find free parking in the neighborhood. Access to public transport is easy; and the neighborhood is nice - cafes, restaurants, bakery and supermarket are all within 3 min walk.

We arrived in a freezing flat , which was not a great welcome. Although we are very familiar with the gas boiler central heating, it took hours to figure out where/how to switch the heating on. Property manager's WhatsApp messages were friendly but did not help. A simple set of instructions and a clearly marked switch (which is sort of hidden in the kitchen and not where you'd expect it) would have been very helpful. Also, the hot water in the shower does not work properly so it's either cold or super-hot. There were several messages about it left from previous guests, so clearly the problem was not new. Warning: The flat is in the attic of a building with no lift/elevator - so be prepared to climb some 80 steps to get to it.
