De grootte en netheid van het appartement, we voelden ons meteen op ons gemak. Daarnaast de communicatie met Jon, duidelijk, behulpzaam en goed. Niks was teveel, uitzonderlijke klant en servicegerichtheid.

Everything was top-notch, good communication from the host trying to find out if we landed safely, up to helping us with various links to booking meals and taxis, and finding good restaurants to find a good meal. Also, the surprise package for my wife,, as we planned it was the highlight of it all. She loved it so much, and the memory will forever be there in our hearts.
