La ubicación es perfecta, con bajada directa a la playa cruzando la avenida atlántica. Tiene mucho comercio por la avenida muy buenos restoranes y a unas 3 cuadras del Carrefur

El departamento estaba limpio y fue acogedor. Me gustó el lugar y la cercanía a la playa. Me pareció muy bien que contará con estacionamiento.
La chapa de la puerta principal estaba mala y no pude dejarla cerrada con llave en las noches. La cama de la pieza pequeña no era tan confortable.

Acredito que seja uma propaganda enganosa pois as fotos do sinalizava vista para o mar, ao qual não é vista para o mar, outro detalhe não tinha nenhum pano de chão para qualquer tipo de limpeza, a porta não chaveava por dentro, então para dormir tinha que deixar somente encostada
