El departamento es muy amplio, tiene una vista preciosa y está ubicado en un sector excelente de Balneário Camboriú. Es un lugar con muchísimo potencial por sus espacios.
Necesita renovar parte de su equipamiento. La estufa y la lavadora están muy desgastadas, los cubrecamas son deficientes (son mantas de polar). Mejorando esos detalles, sería un lugar perfecto.

Incredibly well located right in front of the sea. It has a parking space which helps a lot. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Going in and out of the building was pretty easy and very safe. Would recommend to family and friends.
Lifts can get extremely busy, with waiting time of about +20min at times, so if you are on a high floor, it can be challenging.

UNA NOCHE DE LLUVIA INTENSA FILTRO AGUA DESDE EL DEPARTAMENTO SUPERIOR A CAMA DE HABITACION PRINCIPAL, LO CUAL SE COMUNICO INMEDIATAMENTE Y VINIERON RECIEN A LOS 6 DIAS A VER PERSONALMENTE EL PROBLEMA. ESTUVIMOS 3 NOCHES CON GOTERAS. EN DORMITORIO SECUNDARIO ENTRABA AGUA POR LA VENTANA E INUNDABA EL PISO. CONEXION DE INTERNET FALLABA REPETIDAMENTE.
