Hervorragende Lage, gute Einrichtung, gute Betreuung. Man lebt mitten im Gewimmel des venezianischen Fußgängerverkehrs und kann sich an dem Stimmengewirr wie an einen an- und abschwellenden Musik erfreuen.
Leider wohnt man über einer Bar, die als eine der sehr wenigen in ganz Venedig bis 2 Uhr in der Nacht geöffnet ist und dann um 6 Uhr wieder öffnet. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kann man unmöglich schlafen! Aber mit nächtlichen Ohrstöpseln ist die Wohnung hervorragend.

the noise of the restaurant at the grounfloor is like inside the room. It feels very uncomfortoble for the ones that needs silence while sleeping. But this is a general issue for Venice, not a problem of the apartment so just wanted to inform people that needs guidance about this situation

Location was very central
The location is central, but the windows are old and you hear everything from people passing the Apartment and from the bar on ground floor. The Apartment was Not exactly as new and polished as it looked in the pictures. There was quite some dust under the bed and the couch, did not seem that it was cleaned for months.
