Welcome to this special townhouse situated on the border of the West Village and SoHo, offering a true NYC experience with its private outdoor spaces and iconic city location

Apartment Features:
-Bright and spacious duplex townhouse, with windows that let in plenty of natural light. Enjoy sunsets and watch the city come alive at night. (The living room has shades - not pictured).
-Two bedrooms with queen-size beds to each comfortably sleep 2 guests
-Two private terraces accessed directly from the apartment. One overlooking the street with a quintessential NYC view and lounging furniture; the second more secluded, featuring a BBQ
-Three TVs with cable and streaming services, located in the living room and bedrooms
-Convenient in-unit laundry - washer and dryer for your use
-Work remote ready; equipped with a desk, computer monitor to use as a second screen, and printer
-Kitchen fully equipped with cooking supplies (toaster, microwave, dishwasher, blender, food processor, etc.)
-Lots of options for however you like your coffee - Nespresso machine, milk frother, and French press
-Yoga mats and weights provided for at-home workouts
-Travel crib provided
-One flight of stairs leading to the apartment and one flight of stairs within the apartment
Some other things to note to make sure this apartment is the perfect fit for you:
-Since this is a townhouse and not a skyscraper, you can certainly hear the noises of New York City. I'm a light sleeper and have no problem sleeping in the apartment, but I am from the city and am accustomed to city noises. If you are concerned about noise (from cars, subway, etc.), I provide a noise machine with both white noise options and other calming sound options (ocean, campfire, etc.). However, before booking this apartment, please make sure you feel comfortable with sleeping right above a busy city street. I like my guests to be happy, so if noise is a concern for you, please find another option that is better suited for your needs. If you are not concerned about this, I am confident that you will have a wonderful time!
-Thousands of smoke dispensaries have started opening up all around the city and you will find one right near the townhouse. This is the new normal in NY but I like to make sure you are aware and comfortable its proximity before booking
-The apartment is all yours and I want you to feel at home! Please keep in mind, by staying here, you agree to have me, my assistant, my cleaning crew, or the repair man stop by the apartment if needed. This could be in response to a guest request, to refill supplies, to take out the garbage in accordance with NYC regulations, to make sure everything is going well and working properly, etc. We will always give a heads up beforehand.
-You also agree to have the security camera in the staircase before entering the apartment. This is for your security and the security of both of our belongings. You agree to keep it plugged in for your entire stay.

My stay at this townhouse was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable—you’re just around the corner from some of the best restaurants in the city, and Gabriella’s recommendations were spot-on, saving us so much time researching. Plus, with easy subway access, getting around NYC couldn’t have been easier.The apartment truly delivers on comfort, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and stay in, with thoughtful extras like a great coffee selection. The WiFi also worked flawlessly, which was essential since I was working remotely throughout my stay.One of the highlights was the private outdoor spaces. The balcony overlooking the city was the perfect spot to take in the energy of NYC. I stayed in the winter, but I can imagine this being an even bigger perk in the summer!Gabriella was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and truly invested in making sure her guests have the best experience. She made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here, and I hope to be back soon!
