Nestled in Uptown Charlotte's charming historic neighborhood, the Fabulous Flat is exceptionally clean, safe, pet-friendly, and lovingly hosted by the on-site homeowner. Stylish with striking skyline views offering a large bedroom, a charming living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and your own private balcony! Thoughtfully luxurious amenities - even snacks! Super-fast, reliable WiFi. Premium cable/streaming. Welcome to the Fabulous Fourth Ward Flat located in one of Fourth Ward's most unique homes in the center of everything Uptown Charlotte has to offer. Home to stunning views of the Charlotte skyline, Fourth Ward Park, and some of Uptown's most historic architecture, this well-appointed apartment offers everything you'll need for a fabulous stay in the Queen City.
As you enter the Flat you will be greeted by a charming living room with a large futon, sitting chairs, a 40" TV offering satellite & streaming, and happy colorful decor. In the kitchen, you will find appliances, spacious counter-tops, dining-ware, and all the cooking essentials you could possibly need to make a perfect meal! A washer and dryer are located inside the Flat, so there is no need to go home with dirty laundry! The spacious bedroom features a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, a lap-top friendly work space, plush bathrobes, and exquisite bed linens.
The Flat offers your own private porch with a view that makes you forget you are in the middle of the city! Although the Flat does not have a fenced yard, there's a large park just across the street and a dog park less than 1 mile away.
Although a quaint and quiet historic neighborhood, Fourth Ward is in the center of the city and - like many cities - there is no free parking. All neighborhood lots and driveways are private. If you're traveling with a vehicle, I can purchase on-street parking permits on your behalf at a rate of $18 per day (24 hours).

Laura was very accessible and easy to reach. The property is in a great location close to downtown and the stadium. The kitchen was well stocked and the flat is very well decorated.

My first visit to North Carolina was made special by the excellent stay experience. The place was beautifully decorated and clean. I appreciated the kitchen facilities, which saved me from buying cookware and dishes. Laura's kindness and clear explanations made the booking process smooth. As a first time booker, I felt nervous, but she made me comfortable asking questions. We will definitely stay there again when I travel back from California!

Property is completely as described. Its close to everything, walking the area safe and easy. We did have an issue with door lock. Called Laura it took couple hours but they got it resolved. Has all the little extra items. Will say temp in the house go up and down during your stay because thermostat isn't in your space. But we used small heater and it helped the second night. Great place to stay!
