Summary:
Stay in one of Charlotte’s best locations in Uptown’s First Ward. Walk 2 minutes to First Ward Park with a splash pad, outdoor fitness area, and huge field for kids. Enjoy 7th Street Market for food, coffee, and drinks. The light rail is 5 minutes away. ImaginOn, one of Charlotte’s best children’s libraries, is just 3 minutes away. Spectrum Center is a 10-minute walk. You won’t find a more walkable, family-friendly Charlotte stay. Great for family trips, work stays, concerts, and fun weekends!

You can arrive anytime as you will have a smart lock to enter the property.

We do not allow parties. Our neighbors do not want us Airbnb this property even though we are allowed to do so so if anyone asks just say you are friends with the owner.
