The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen television, and direct access to the lanai. The second bedroom outfitted with two queen beds and a flat-screen television, offers lovely views, ensuring your guests will feel at home.
Recreation and Relaxation- Spend your days lounging on our pristine beaches, searching for Captiva Island’s rare shells, or enjoying the large heated pool and hot tub. While you won’t have access to South Seas Resort amenities, this villa comes with plenty of its own perks! Your property condo amenities include a large heated pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor grills, Beach chairs and towels and—of course—the beach a short walk away. It’s everything you need for the perfect getaway! Golf Cart rentals are close by but please note that only electric carts are allowed within the gates of South Seas.

Per the condo association no more than two vehicles, including golf carts, are permitted per rental property. Once designated spot and one unmarked spot under the building. Other vehicles will need to be parked outside the complex, outside the guard gate of the resort.
Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.
All our properties have contact-free check-in, no need to stop at the office (or a stop light none of those here)!

The condo had been renovated nicely and functioned well. Much better than some other units in Lands End where other members of our family stayed.Captiva and Sanibel are a shell of their former selves and the South Seas Island resort is very much in a state of heavy construction and hedge podge amenities.
