The fully equipped kitchen features both a drip coffee pot and Keurig, so mornings start your way—whether you're brewing a full pot for the group or sneaking away for a quiet cup on the balcony. The spacious living and dining areas flow effortlessly, creating the ideal hub for cooking, laughing, and relaxing together.
Upstairs, the luxurious primary suite is a peaceful sanctuary with a king bed, private bath, TV, and access to a wraparound balcony offering ocean glimpses and salty breezes. Beautiful home with amazing amenities! Clean, and spacious for several families. The owners were super friendly and always willing to help if we had any need, but that was not necessary, as the rental comes pristine with all the bells and whistles!

We have stayed at different beach houses for over a decade and this was the most well equipped for our stay. I would recommend for families. The basement is great for younger couples staying with family.

My family had a great time during our stay at Ocean Blue. The house and pool were perfect for us. It was clean, well arranged and had everything we needed, including a well-outfitted kitchen, comfortable chairs and beds, and every possible item we needed for the beach. The ping pong/air hockey/pool table was fun, even though nowhere near regulation size, after a long day at the beach. The pool was clean and had many toys for my kids and grand-kids to play with. Many chairs surround the pool so no shortage of places to sit even with a group our size (8). The golf cart was a fantastic benefit making it so much easier to get to the beach and set up. Not a complaint at all re the house, it's fantastic. This part has nothing to do with the house, which again, was great. The beach is possibly the worst beach I've ever been to, totally kid unfriendly. It was recently re-nourished apparently and was all brown bottom sand and crushed shells. The entry point to the water at high tide or low tide was a drop off of at least a foot where waves built quickly and crashed right at the edge of the beach, making it dangerous for kids to even try to get in the water, and annoying for adults. We solved that by driving north a couple miles to the river-to-sea parking lot and using the beach there. Really no more trouble than getting to the beach near Ocean Blue, and a much nicer beach. So there's an easy solution to the beach problem at hand. It may be that we caught the Palm Coast beach at a bad time and maybe it will sort itself out over time. The house gets 5 stars, the beach gets 2 stars. All in all we had a fantastic week at Ocean Blue!
