About this house rental
Casa Markel is beautifully situated on a hillside in Sayulita and offers a stunning panoramic ocean view. It features HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, private parking spaces, and the best ocean view right from your living room and dining room. There may be some noise from my neighbor’s construction, which is why we’re offering this property at a lower price.
The space
This house has magnificent views of the ocean, the jungle, and the town. The house has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with ocean views. There is a private living room and a terrace connected to the master bedroom. Two single beds are located in this open-concept living room. This area is not locked. One double bed can be moved into the master bedroom upon request; the other is stationary.
The other two bedrooms are on the main floor. They have queen-size beds, and each has a private bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The living room features an open-concept layout. There is a barbecue area next to the kitchen.
On the first floor, there is a relaxing wading pool. Ideal for children of all ages. Other features include Internet access and off-street parking for vehicles.
The house is located on a hilltop within walking distance of town and the beach. Golf carts are a great way to get around. Ask our manager, Ramon, for information about rentals.
We can arrange to pick you up at the airport, cook meals for you, and organize sightseeing trips and golf cart rentals. The house will be ready when you arrive. Amazing place at the top of a big hill. Be prepared for that but it’s worth it! The uniqueness of this place is worth seeing. Great service too.

Casa Markel Hermosa was the perfect set up for 3 couples staying for 8 nights over new years. We were met by Ramon and given a full tour and explanation of the house at check in. The house is very unique with open living spaces, amazing views and a/c in the bedrooms. A couple of us thought the beds were hard and not very comfortable though. Ramon is an outstanding host, helpful and responsive. We were provided ample drinking water, and just needed to WhatsApp Ramon if we needed anything including extra towels.The house sits on a hill and the golf carts struggle to make it up the steep driveway, but they do. The only issue we had was, we accidentally left the metal door open to the pool area at night and had a surprise visit from a coati that ransacked our food and made a huge mess in the kitchen. After extensive clean up we kept all food in the small room where the safe is located. All in all a wonderful stay and would stay again.
