We stayed as a group of eight - parents with three adult children and their partners. The house is charming and has a good amount of both indoor and outdoor space. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee, watching the world go by.The dining table was small and didn’t seat all eight of us, but I think the ping pong table (which we did make use of!) took up what would have been the dining space.Old Town Arvada was a pleasant surprise, a nice place to wander around with a real community feel. It had more shops, restaurants and bars than expected and was within easy walking distance of the house.On street parking outside the house was free and easy to find.We didn’t use the hot tub so I can’t comment on it.

House location was excellent. Short walk from train. Lots of dining options within walking distance.House plumbing and heating needs work.4PM check in was late and 10AM check out was early.
