Located minutes from I-70, you are set for a quick trip to the mountains or 15 minutes from everything downtown Denver has to offer.
Being less than a mile from Olde Town Arvada, it’s easy to take advantage of all the restaurants, shops, and RTD light rail in this little historic zone. They also have a Farmer's Market every Sunday in the summer season.
The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 living rooms, a ping pong table, smart TVs, a large assortment of Starbucks coffee, a private outdoor patio with a grill, and a skateboarding bowl!
Another cool bonus is that the owner hand-crafted 95% of the furniture! The place is built tough with skateboarders in mind and shares the area's rich history. The home is filled with epic portraits of skaters ripping apart Colorado's skate scene, too! It's an epic spot!

Clean, quiet, cool. Hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at one of their properties again. Plenty of clean towels and sheets, all appliances and AC worked well.

The house was super clean and offered tons of different spots to sleep. Lots of parking in the driveway along with the couches means you can fit a large group comfortably. We really enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs, as well as all the unique furniture and artwork in the house. The property is located right next to a large park that was nice to spend time at. The back yard has lots of space and seating for everyone. We weren't able to check out the skate bowl but I can only imagine it being the cherry on top of a perfect stay.
