Pros: 1) convenience of location to downtown 2) enough space for our family3) everything is new and functional 4) beds were comfortable Cons: 1) Our first negative was the 5 plugins spitting toxic fumes. As we have chemical sensitivity we unplugged them all but still had food and luggage come home tainted with chemicals. I wish hosts wouldn’t use them, it’s really unpleasant for some guests. 2) The kitchen had just the bare minimum for cooking, so not well stocked if you actually want to cook. No baking pans at all. 3) General surfaces were clean but there was need for deeper cleaning-looked like food spilled on sofa that wasn’t washed off, just strategic placement of the pillows. HVAC intake vent in serious need of cleaning, which makes you wonder how old the air filters are. Maybe buy those instead of the plugins? 4) The furniture is low quality so the kitchen chairs are flimsy and uncomfortable. Broken stool on bedroom appears to have been pushed against the wall to prevent it from falling over. Upholstered chairs in living room look nice but aren’t comfy.5) There’s a giant pothole beside the driveway we didn’t see in the dark, yikes!6) the street is loud and busy, and the road has some derelict houses but the immediate neighbors seem ok, it’s a mixed neighborhood with some places that have been renovated and some that are run down.

it was a good stay i will be booking again close to everything plus very close to my family everything was clean and working only problem it was close to the street and no rails in the shower to hold on to but we made it work other then that it was perfect

The inside of the house was very nice-clean-the master bed was quite comfortable-however-there were no hand towels in either bathroom, the ice maker didn’t work and their was a working fireplace in the pictures and listed as an amenity but it had been removed. But overall it was a spacious clean house.
