Things to Know:
Lake Nottely is a TVA "working lake" and they do a major draw-down every year, usually right after Labor Day. The cove goes away until the next season. That means boating and fishing will not be available from the dock from mid-September through the end of April. There is still plenty of water in the lake, but the dock is unusable during this time. Please contact for any questions.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are 3 exterior cameras located at this home. One facing the dock, one by the front door, and one facing the side of the home/driveway.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this cozy home on the lake. It was by far the cleanest rental we ever stayed at. From the sleep number bed to the stocked kitchen we never felt like we were away from home. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle-boarding and the kids fished from the dock every day. Compliments to the homeowner and the property manager for doing such a great job we will be back!

This home had everything you could need on vacation from the appliances to the "toys" for the teenagers (paddle board, lily pad, kayaks, ping pong table, etc). Home had plenty of space for our group of 6 teenagers and 2 adults! It was beautiful and located on a great spot on the lake for easy access to big water.

The home is very well stocked with everything you need. We appreciated the paper plates & utensils, laundry detergent, dish washing soap, etc. Really well decorated and great quality bedding. A beautiful location.
