About this house rental
The holiday home is located in the beautifully renovated ensemble of the Niederruppersdorf manor. It is surrounded by extensive meadows and is located directly on the farm pond. You will find seating and a place for campfires or barbecues. The holiday home with first floor and attic covers approx. 90 m² of living space.
On the first floor there is a living room with sofa bed and TV, the spacious kitchen-cum-living room with dining area, kitchenette and stairs to the upper floor, the bathroom and the entrance hallway.
In the attic there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a small bedroom with a single bed. The holiday home is ideal for 2 to 7 people. If required and available, the adjacent holiday home Torhaus West can also be rented, so that up to a maximum of 15 beds would be available in both houses.

The holiday home is located in the beautifully renovated ensemble of the Niederruppersdorf manor. It is one of the gatehouses to the manor. It is surrounded by extensive meadows and is located directly on the farm pond. The holiday home offers 2 holiday apartments, in which up to max. (7+8)=15 people can experience a rural experience. You will find seating and a place for campfires or barbecues.
Courtyard
Our farm has a lot to offer you. You can rest and recover from everyday life and stress. The location on the edge of the Herrnhuter Bergland nature reserve is fantastic. At the house you can barbecue at the campfire and end the evening with a fire and a glass of wine. In bad weather, the attic of the adjacent barn can be used. It can be used for skating, playing table tennis or kicking around.
Outdoor area
From the lounge area there is a separate access to the terrace. You will find seating and a place for campfires or barbecues for nice evenings.
Holiday destination
Located in the middle of Upper Lusatia, directly on the Herrnhuter Bergland nature reserve, 13 km from the city of Zittau at the border triangle of Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic, the holiday home is an ideal starting point for a variety of activities.
Hikes on foot or by bike are possible in the immediate vicinity. So you can easily reach the center of Herrnhut, the city of poinsettias and the seat of the Brethren, via a very beautiful footpath through the Herrnhuter Bergland landscape conservation area in 15 minutes on foot.
Costs on site: Bicycles can be rented (rental fee 10 € / day). There are 2 horses on the farm.On 800 m² of flat barn floor you can skate and skateboard. The holiday home is a non-smoking house. We ask our guests to smoke outside. Pet fee is €5 per night.
Check-out is possible from 14:00 to 22:00 and departure from 00:00 to 10:00.
