About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 2,150 sq ft house for rent in the town of Charny Orée de Puisaye. It can comfortably accommodate 12 guests and up to 15 people if the 3 additional guests are children. Ideal for family stays. It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a garden of approximately 2,000 m² with a playground that will delight children and make families happy. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 55 m² living room with sofa, armchair, TV, fireplace (first flames offered) and board games.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200) that can be separated to make 2 single beds
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with 2 queen-size beds (160x200) that can be separated to make 4 single beds
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160x200) that can be separated to make 2 single beds
- Bedroom 5: with a queen-size bed (160x200) that can be separated to make 2 single beds
- Bedroom 6: with 3 single beds and a cot
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
In the basement:
- A relaxation area with a table tennis table and a dart board available all year round.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A 100 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A lovely 2,000 m² private enclosed garden with a playground and games available in the basement: ping-pong table, badminton, ball, molky... there is also a pond in the garden.
The house is ideally located in Charny Orée de Puisaye, in a very pleasant setting. The hamlet is very quiet and residential, with no noise after 10 p.m. You will have access to all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- The gite is equipped with a beer tapping machine. Several beers are available. The beer will be fresh and ready to drink when you arrive. This service is available as an optional extra (€40 per keg). For more information, please contact our local partner.
- Parties are not permitted. The property is in a quiet hamlet and the neighbours expect peace and quiet. The property is equipped with a noise detector.
- Waste sorting is compulsory.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Beware of the pond, children must be supervised by an adult.
