STADIUM VILLAS! Location, location, location! Come stay in the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium. Walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown! Two blocks from Convention Center. Located just 2 blocks off of I70 and I65 exit. Very safe area. Look forward to hosting you!

Prefect location of a property to catch a Colts game. Older property but works for a weekend especially if u value easy access to the stadium and to downtown.

I was in town for the NTEA Work Truck Show and we stayed at the pink house at Stadium Villas. The house was excellent and had plenty of space and amenities for my coworkers and myself. It was conveniently located near downtown and we were able to get to all of our events very easily.The communication with the owner was excellent as well and we had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Indy and hope to stay here again in the future.
