The Space:
Master bedroom - King bed with in suite bathroom. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style
Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Room - 1 Queen bed with in suite bathroom. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style
Bedroom 4 - Loft via a ladder with a floor queen mattress and a 5 foot clearance.
Both bathrooms can only be accessed via two of the bedrooms.
Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 foot.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost anywhere. Pacers bike share and Uber are other options. The main downtown bus station is 2 blocks walking.
Other Things to Note:
Note: The fourth bedroom is an upstairs loft (to access you have to walk up the stair ladder in the condo). While the condo has a very high ceiling, the 4th bedroom in the upstairs loft is not standing height.
Please note this listing is in the middle of downtown and there is a chance for noise during weekends or events on Georgia street.
Please note this condo is loft style and the walls do not extend all the way up to the ceiling.
Please note the two bathrooms are connected to bedrooms.

The condo was very clean, spacious and conveniently located downtown. There is plenty to do within walking distance so you don’t have to worry about parking. Highly recommend and plan to stay again!
