Situated just steps away from the beach, walking distance to Birch Park, and within driving distance from Loggerhead Park, Holiday Park, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, and Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale. A booming nightlife pulses through Downtown Fort Lauderdale, with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and galleries to explore!
Whether you're traveling alone, with a partner, or on a business trip, this stylish and comfortable space is the ideal choice for your accommodation needs.
Our 3-level beach home is a perfect getaway - featuring a stunning spiral staircase leading to more than three terraces and balconies, offering panoramic views of the surroundings and offers a delightful retreat with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable vacation!
Our spacious living room has 80" Smart TV and is filled with natural light and provides a comfortable and airy atmosphere. Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large kitchen has quartz countertops, 32" TV, and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.
After a fun day of adventure, make your way into our bedrooms which are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the relaxation you need. We have 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a two double-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom downstairs has also a two double-sized bed and a 42" TV. The 2nd and master bedrooms shared the 1 full bathroom upstairs.
The outdoor space in the fully-fenced backyard boasts a refreshing pool, hot tub, dining area, sun loungers, and BBQ grill.
An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1.2 Gbps, pack n' play, and 4 gated driveway parking spaces are all provided during your stay!
Take a ride on Fort Lauderdale’s Water Taxi and explore canals and inland waterways to see for yourself why the city earned its nickname, “Venice of America”. If you need another reason to spend your time outdoors, the city’s famous waterfront promenade along the sandy Atlantic coastline is one of the area’s most alluring draws. From boating and windsurfing to snorkeling and deep-sea fishing, there’s never a dull moment here. This is just as true in town where party bikes and foodie tours along Los Olas Blvd invite visitors to get a taste (and sip) of the best of the area’s culinary and bar scene. Cheers!

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 25 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
*A $100 additional charge per guest/per night after 8 guests. Max of 10 guests is allowed.
*Pool heating and hot tub are optional and available for an additional daily fee:
- May to November: $50/day
- December to April: $100/day
Note: We kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to use the pool heating or jacuzzi, as the pool requires a minimum of 12 hours to reach the desired temperature. This will help us ensure everything is properly prepared for your enjoyment.
*Golf cart is not available.
