About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 30 m² flat in Donville-les-Bains is 300 metres from the beach and can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- An entrance hall with fold-away beds (only the bottom bed is available for rent)
- 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony with table, garden chairs and parasol to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Donville-les-Bains, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in flat N°102's private car park.
