Located just 1 mile off the Parkway in the popular River Point Subdivision, this cozy home offers easy access to the Little Pigeon River. The nearby Trolley stop connects you to all the local attractions, making it easy to explore the best of the Smokies.
Izzy's Getaway offers comfort and entertainment for everyone. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a nugget ice machine, while the adjoining dining area seats up to 10 people. Multiple deck spaces provide outdoor dining options, morning coffee spots, and a gas grill for cooking out. Relax on the upper deck's plush seating or unwind in the screened-in patio's hot tub.
The game room downstairs is a highlight for all ages, featuring arcade games like basketball, pinball, and air hockey, plus a sleeper trundle bed and TV. The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 2 king bedrooms upstairs, a queen sleeper sofa, and unique kids' playhouse twin beds. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen bunk bed and twin trundle beds downstairs.
Enjoy the convenience of three full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, six flat-screen TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. **Dog Fee: $75 per dog plus tax, up to a maximum of 3 dogs. Not included in booking price. If you are traveling with dogs YOU MUST LET US KNOW to ensure we collect the pet fee.**
Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
**Disclosure: The Premises is equipped with exterior security/recording cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies."
**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable place. Beds were comfy. Plenty of entertainment for the family and plenty of room to spread out.

House was very nice plenty of sleeping room. If you can't handle stairs this is not for you. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located by the parkway. Just across from the wax museum.

This place was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. I wasn’t expecting all we got. The first floor turned out to be an amazing fit for the adults in our party. It was beautiful and clean. I also liked how spacious it was. The downstairs for the kids was a wow. The kids loved it and we were all amazed. The balcony and patio was just the right touch. It was perfect and instructions were easy to follow.
