About this house rental
Large property of 250m2 and its park of 1ha which you will have at your disposal in complete autonomy.
The property can accommodate up to 12 people.
You will enjoy:
- its large park with direct access to the forest from the garden for long walks
- its covered and heated swimming pool, accessible from May to October (the pool can be uncovered)
- outdoor equipment: ping-pong table, trampoline, swing, bicycles, barbecue, etc.
You will have access to a grocery store less than 10 minutes walk away, with sale of fresh bread, and a hypermarket about ten minutes away by car.
The property is composed of:
- a main house of 200m2 with large dining kitchen, large living room with fireplace, and upstairs a master bedroom (1 king size bed and 1 single bed) with bathroom and toilet and large dressing room, and 3 other bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds), a games area, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet
- a secondary house of 50m2 with living room, bathroom with toilet and upstairs 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds without partition)
The main house is functional and comfortable, but note that only the bathrooms have been renovated, the rest of the house is older and more traditional.
