Large hot tub comfortably seats 4 guests. 4 poolside chaise lounges, 4 Adirondack chairs perfect for poolside cocktails & outside dining area under the cover so you can stay cool in the heat. 3 hole putting green to work on your short game in between rounds and the nearby renowned golf courses. *The in-ground spa located next to the pool does not heat like a spa (it does heat with the main pool but won't get hot like a spa), it can act as a small kiddie pool since it is mostly shallow but know the middle is deeper so please watch your kids at all times). Pool heat is additional $75/day (for a minimum of 3 days) or $450 for the week. Heating the hot tub is included in your stay. Pool heat is only needed October through April.

Living area has large sofa and smart TV, very open to kitchen and dining areas and air hockey as well. Laundry room is off living area, just outside of 2 car garage which is for available for guest use. Laundry soap provided. All linens & towels provided.

Location: Home is located in a quiet Tempe neighborhood only 12 minutes to PHX airport and ASU campus. 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale. Close to multiple popular hiking spots, quite a few casinos and spas close by as well. 20 minutes to Footprint Center (Suns Arena) & Chase Field (Diamondbacks), 33 minutes to State Farm Stadium (Cardinals). Only 23 minutes to Spring Training games at Salt River Fields. Endless fun activities close by.

The home is well furnished and appointed for longer term stays of 30+ days with plenty of kitchen items, bedding, towels...etc. to keep guests comfortable for a long stay. Please message host to inquire about pricing and availability for a stay over 30 days.

Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking meals and everyday living. Dual Keurig K-cup & drip coffee pot (some k-cups are provided at check-in). Plenty of glassware, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, silverware, & plastic glassware for use by the pool. Lots of pots and pans, bakeware, toaster, blender, crockpot - to name a few. Kids plates, bowls, cups and silverware are also provided.

Kid friendly home with many amenities for children but please know that the pool is not fenced & it is your responsibility to supervise any children & non-swimmers in your group to ensure everyone's safety while enjoying the backyard & home.
