it's peaceful on a nice quiet residential block, it's a real brownstone property that has hardwood floors & wooden doors & moldings, a huge modern style kitchen with dining area & two full bathrooms
Each guest has their own private room with a queen size bed, computer desk & chest drawer & a closet. There is a 43" flat screen tv in each room, free wifi & internet. There r two full bathrooms, one bathroom is attached to one of the rooms on the 2nd floor & the other bathroom is in the hallway & has 2 be shared with the other guests, there is also a dining area downstairs next to the kitchen area & a garden backyard space

It's a great brownstone ambiance living here in the Greenville section of jersey city, lots of restaurants in the area : west side ave area; there is st. peters university & jersey city college nearby; journal square path train is 9mins away & there r local bus routes steps away on John f Kennedy blvd
Uber, bus & train r the best ways of getting around, guests can also drive but parking is a little bit kinda tough in the area, guests should read street signs carefully & follow rules
There is a security code for each door & front door that will be provided before guests check in, we currently don't allow pets & no smoking.

The only thing i didnt like was the bathrooms were all up stairs it was hard for my elderly parents to keep going up the stairs but other than that we loved it
