This place was perfect for my family and I. Gary was an amazing host and even provided some ideas for us to do while vacationing to the New York area for the first time. His communication with me was very timely and efficient, and quickly responded to any questions I had. The place looked just like the photos and was very clean. It was a nice, quiet area, with plenty of food and shopping near by. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area!

For the amount we paid to stay here for four nights, I was not impressed with the comfort or the cleanliness of this unit. It felt like it needed an overall deep clean, Water and bathrooms, smell moldy, the water itself smells and tastes bad, inexpensive cabinetry is falling apart in places, the furniture was uncomfortable for basic watching TV and spending time with family. We are grateful for proximity to both the Newark airport and Manhattan, but I would not recommend if you plan to spend much time at the property itself. I do want to compliment the property manager for quick responsiveness when the external keypad stopped working. He made himself available by phone and answered right away when we called which was very much appreciated so that we were not locked out of the property. Thank you so much for your assistance!
