This exclusive holiday home, designed for four people, is nestled near the renowned 'city of artists' Pietrasanta, the historic capital of Versilia. Perched at 400 metres above sea level, the house offers an unparalleled panoramic view over the entire coastline of this upscale area, known for its sophisticated beach resorts and vibrant nightlife. The elevated location also ensures cooler temperatures, providing a refreshing escape from the coastal heat.
The house is a semi-detach, 80 sq m, on two floors, and boasts a private entrance and car park. The journey begins on the covered terrace, offering a stunning view of the coastline. Stepping inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (complete with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker and capsule coffee machine) with a dining area and a cosy fireplace. The kitchen leads to the living room (equipped with air conditioning), featuring an HD TV and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The living room window frames a breathtaking view of the seashore and islands of Tino and Palmaria. A staircase leads to the first floor, where a landing with an air conditioning pump awaits, along with two double bedrooms (French beds, 150 cm) and a second bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms even has a small terrace with a panoramic view of the coastline, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Additional features: heating, washing machine, Wi-Fi, barbecue, and a hair dryer. Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
The road to the house has a tortuous course and, in some parts, sports a 30% slope.
Distances: a restaurant at 700 m; in Strettoia, at 1700 m, another restaurant and a small grocery shop. Supermarkets at approx. 4-7 km. The sea is only 8 km away. Pisa 45 km, Florence 110 km. Pietrasanta, aka the Little Athens of Italy, with its charming and lively hub, is at just 8 km.
