About this house rental
Newly renovated home looks out to a quiet park and has stunning mountain views including a prime view of Pikes Peak. Enjoy the incredible views outside on the spacious patio, with modern outdoor furniture, fire pit and a propane grill. There is also a fully fenced back yard for your dog to roam around.
The property is a 4 bed, 2 bath home. It has two fully furnished bedrooms. Each tastefully decorated with queen-sized beds, black-out shades, large closets with hangers, with the master bedroom also containing a full sized dresser and night stands for added stoarge.
The other two rooms are set up for different purposes- one is a workout room equipped with a set of adjustable weights 5 lb- 52.5 lbs, two large mirrors, an adjustable lifting bench and bluetooth speaker. The other room is a media room. This media room has a 65" TV, media console with Apple TV with popular streaming networks, three bean bags (one of which can unzip to be a queen sized bed). The media room also has tasteful memorabilia. There is a queen air mattress and a beanbag that unfolds into a queen size portable bed that would fit in the workout room and/or the media room.
The laundry room is easily accessible and has both a washer and a dryer.
The main level of the house is open concept- ideal for hosting or enjoying with your four-legged friend. There is a toy bin and a orthopaedic dog bed in this area, should you need it. Right off of the living room is a gorgeous kitchen complete with all of the appliances you might need including: standard drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, full sets of dishware and serving ware, flatware, utensils, drinkware, wine glasses, beer glasses, large crockpot, small crockpot, instapot, air fryer, and many more options you may need to feel right at home.
There are two bathrooms next to the bedrooms. Each bathroom has spacious bathtubs and showers- both are tastefully decorated and have plenty of soft towels to use.
Close by are many different activities. There are trendy restaurants and bars a short 5-10 minute drive away. You can also find Garden of the Gods only a 15 minute drive from this home. Many hiking trails are also only a short drive away. Our favorite hiking trail so far is Mt. Muscoco.
Other features to note about the home is there is a security system for you to use at your convenience (the new code will be shared with you prior to move in), a brand new AC unit, and a smart thermostat. This house is the perfect get away for you and your family or any traveling worker looking to enjoy the beautiful views and weather that Colorado has to offer!
