Spacious apartment with a view of the Gulf of Orosei. Located in the upper part of Cala Gonone, in a quiet area with excellent sun exposure and free parking nearby.
The residence consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms—two air-conditioned double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. All three bedrooms have French doors leading to a private balcony with a side view of the sea. The sleeping area features a full bathroom with a shower, while the living area has a half-bath with a toilet, sink, and washing machine. The living area (living room and kitchen) opens onto a covered veranda equipped for dining and relaxation, offering a stunning view of our coastline (Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu…).
The apartment also has exclusive use of a covered entrance porch with space for up to 4 cars. The unit, located on the first floor, has recently been partially renovated and redecorated.
The nearest beaches and the town center are just a 10-minute walk away, while the artisan bakery and supermarket are only 5 minutes away.
Transfers to and from the port and airport can be arranged upon request.
