About this villa rental
This unfinished home, nestled between the sea and the mountains, allows you to enjoy breathtaking views. It is located in an area where you can enjoy a truly relaxing vacation. This is a newly built villa, constructed over two floors, with an exterior finished using traditional Sardinian materials (stone, granite, tracheta, juniper), with great attention to detail. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden, where centuries-old olive trees stand out, helping to make the house feel even more refreshing. It is welcoming and features a terrace where you can dine outdoors. A short distance from the house are wonderful beaches, and others accessible via mini-cruises: Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriola… the pearls of the Mediterranean! For sports enthusiasts, you can go rock climbing, hiking in the area, and scuba diving. There are also tennis, soccer, and basketball courts.
Six kilometers from Cala Gonone lies Dorgali, a town renowned for its arts and crafts: the various artisan shops create true works of art by hand. These range from goldsmithing to weaving, from ceramics to leather goods. The culinary scene and the local pastry shop are not to be missed!

A lovely apartment with a superb outdoor area for relaxing and eating al fresco..Caterina was the perfect host always responsive and very helpful.The apartment is in. quiet street so parking is easy.In terms of location it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a bit longer to restaurants and the port (although there is one restaurant about 5 minutes walk. There is an extremely cheap and efficient taxi service so if you don't want to walk that's always an option.

Awesome rooms, balcony, bathrooms. A beautiful, secluded garden. Close to the beach and restaurants.Always helpful owner who lives in the property in secluded quarters.
