It also features a quaint bistro set for enjoying a quiet morning breakfast and a Keurig coffee station, fully equipped with coffee, creamers, and sugars to start your day right.
Each of the two bedrooms features comfortable king-sized beds with built-in dresser drawers and ceiling fans. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and closet space, while the second bedroom offers a beautiful view of the large oak trees that shade the backyard. To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, our pool and hot tub are professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs Monday and Wednesday.
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.
For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is mandatory and will be scheduled after your booking is confirmed. The cost for each cleaning will be billed separately through your booking platform.

We truly loved staying here and would have extended our stay for the rest of week if it would have been available! Location is fabulous, we walked to lunch or dinner every day and to the water and shopping. Quiet at night and very lovely.

Dawn’s home is absolutely lovely. The pictures are accurate and the home is very inviting. It has everything you need. I booked the reservation to meet my new grandson and was able to have an enjoyable day dining on the patio, playing giant Jenga that’s provided with the house, and having s’mores by the fire pit. After a full day of visiting, I had the most restful sleep in their very comfortable beds. Anytime I stay at a rental my must haves are cleanliness, communication, parking, water pressure and peaceful nights sleep. Dawn’s home gets 5 stars in all areas.Highly recommend!

This place was perfect. Easy check-in, very clean, convenient location, and very well furnished. What more could you ask for. Very comfortable bed and nice bed linens. Kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard was a great place to relax. The walk to the Granbury Square was a little long for us seniors so we took our car but found ample parking. The host was gracious and very easy to communicate with. We can highly recommend this place for a short weekend stay or even a longer full vacation stay. B & C from Bryan
