Lazy Dayz is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat, sitting lakefront on the shores of Lake Granbury. Located on a quiet canal in Laguna Tres Estates. We hope you have amazing water toys because highlighting the property is a huge covered boat dock. No water toys? That's OK! Bring your pool floats and inner-tubes because our no wake, low traffic canal is perfect for just floating lazily in the sun with a glass of cold lemonade! Like to explore while you float? You and a friend can climb into the 2 kayaks kept on the property and head out for a grand adventure down the canal and out onto the open water.

Enjoy the amazing Lazy Dayz sunrises and sunsets from the screened-in back porch or out in the yard beneath our large and shady oak trees. Few things in life are as relaxing as the sound of waves hitting against a boat dock, or hearing a fish flop nearby, or goofy geese and daffy ducks quack to each other as you kick back with a warm cup of coffee or a cold glass of wine.
Under the oak trees is a fantastic fenced back yard where your children and a small house-trained pet (with owner approval and pet fee of course) can play without having to worry about them getting too close to the water. Enjoy back yard games in the shade or even on cool spring and fall nights, pull up a chair around the fire pit. This is a a great opportunity to introduce the kids to the life-changing experience of S'mores!
Have a fisherman in the family? Well, update your fishing license and drop a line off the dock as Lake Granbury is a natural habitat for largemouth bass, catfish, crappie, white/striped bass, and sunfish.

The Lazy Dayz home is open and inviting. The first thing you will notice is the large driveway that will easily accommodate 4 vehicles. Then, as you enter the home, you walk in to the spacious living room that has a large sofa and love seat that are perfect for curling up to watch your favorite sitcom on cable t.v. or favorite movie on DVD.
Would you prefer to showcase your amazing cooking style to the whole party? There are dishes and cookware in the kitchen and the spices we tend to use the most are present and accounted for. You can even cook up dinner on the charcoal grill on the patio. After you have created the perfect meal, sit down at 1 of 2 (4 seat) dining tables, 2 bar stools at the bar inside, or out in the screened-in patio which seats 6 guests as well as seats for 6 guests on the outside patio.

Everyone will sleep comfortably and sound as we have enough beds for the whole group. The master suite has its own full bathroom and a king-sized bed over-looking the lake and sliding doors for access to its own patio. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2. For the family members that want to be close, 1 bedroom has SUPER FUN bunk beds. With single beds over double beds, all 6 individuals have plenty of room to stretch out. Between the 3 bedrooms, is a 2nd bathroom with shower/tub combo. All 3 bedrooms have televisions so that no one is forced to miss the late show!
There are fresh linens and extra blankets in the linen closets along with plenty of fresh towels and wash cloths for both bathrooms.

Vacations are perfect when you have the choice at eating out at one of Granbury's EXCEPTIONAL restaurants. The town square with its amazing food, shopping, theater, and all around fun are less than 4 miles away. Just a few miles down the road, in Glenrose, you can experience Dinosaur Valley State Park, Fossil Rim Wild Life State Park, or "The Promise" in an outdoor theatre.

For the golf enthusiast, the area has some of the finest golfing in Texas with Harbor Lakes Golf Club, Granbury Country Club, Hidden Oaks Golf Course, Pecan Golf Club, DeCordova Bend Country Club, Nutcracker Golf Club and Squaw Valley Golf Course.
