With a king bed in master bedroom, a bunkbed with full on the bottom and twin on top and 1 twin bed in 2nd bedroom, guests will have options of where to sleep. It also features a living room with a sofa bed, There is also a pack n play available for your use,
Our condo is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures!
Our new condo is sparkling clean and most everything has been renovated.
The kitchen now has new white shaker style cabinets, granite counters, gorgeous stainless steel farmer's sink, greyish taupe laminate flooring, cabinets and more. So warm and inviting.
Looking to spend time at the beach? Well, you're at the right place with a few min drive. Looking to golf? You're on the famous True Blue Caledonia Golf Courses. or here for some rest and relaxation? You Found the place!

Although not required, feel free to start a load of laundry on departure. :) Although this is a very safe community, for your safety, cameras, monitor outside of the unit 24/7. New HOA Rules require all overnight guests to display a vehicle pass that I will provide for you over your vehicle rearview mirror. This is not disposable and must be returned to the counter prior to you leaving as otherwise it will be $100 fee for replacing it.

Host very quickly responded to my texts asking for help when I repeatedly failed to follow the excellent directions! There are two key boxes in the foyer, and the instructions tell you which one to open. I, of course, zeroed in on the wrong one and tried to open it for 10 minutes before asking for help. Besides my stupidity, the place is nice. Balcony overlooks the 17th fairway, it's very quiet out there, just the clacking of clubs hitting balls. Plenty of dishes, great cleaning supply stocks, and the big brown chair in the corner is the best for watching TV.

Everything was wonderful! What stood out the most was the communication, I could call or text at anytime and would get a quick response! Patty is the best!!

We came down for a week of golf as we do every year and we have stayed at several different places but this was by far the best from the accommodations to of host. We will be back in the fall.
