I received an email on Easter Sunday to reach out to my contact person about check in details. I waited until Monday since it was a holiday and sent an email. I heard nothing after 24 hours so I called the number given to me and left a voicemail to which I got a text message later in response. I was told that I would be sent check in information after cleaners had left on my check in day. I drove 3 1/2 hours and had no check-in information. I texted my contact person with no answer and reached out to a support staff member for help. While on hold with the support staff member, I got a message from the contact saying that she would get me the information shortly which would not have been a problem if it had not been after my check in time. I then got hung up on by this poor staff member and continued to wait for the check-in information. I eventually got the check-in information and reached out to ask another question. When not getting a response, I went back through my emails to find the information but never heard from the contact person again at all.
The condo was very nice and a in quiet golf community. It was clean, had all the necessary items for a pleasant day and included a screened in porch. I only dissatisfaction was my check-in and contact person.

Great experience! Very relaxing.
Condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Only heard noise from the residents upstairs on the first night. Location is easy access to interesting sites. Excellent area to walk as well.

This was perfected situated (less then 7 minutes from each) between True Blue, Heritage, and Caledonia for a nice weekend getaway for golf. Fit 4 of us pretty comfortably. Only small nitpick would have been to have the two twins in one of the bedrooms was pushed together in a king instead of two twins, but I suspect the owner would have done that for us if we had requested, but we didn't bother because of the way our group was set up. Otherwise we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in a great location. The owner provided everything you need and a couple little extra things like coffee. Condo was clean. The guest contact person responded quickly when I asked a question. We would stay there again.
