About this villa rental
This beautiful and spacious villa of 276 m2 recently renovated has a sauna, an infinity pool with breathtaking views of the sea, billiards, gym, terrace, kitchen summer, plancha, swing and games for children; specially designed for large families (14 people), it has an excellent Internet connection and cable TV ( Disney, Netflix...)
The villa’s layout includes two bedrooms on the first floor, each featuring a double bed (160 x 200) and an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200) one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other one has a small double bed (140 x 190). The fifth bedroom, includes two single beds (90 x 190) and a double bed (140 x 190), providing a flexible sleeping arrangement for families or groups. You will also find a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
This newly renovated luxury home features a sauna and heated swimming pool (25°C thermostat, available upon request for an additional forty euro per day, only between April 1st and June 30th as well as between September 1st and October 31st.) secured with parent-controlled access, and an outdoor shower. The terrace is equipped with a summer kitchen, with plancha and refrigerator where family meals can be enjoyed while admiring the magnificent view of the sea.The house is fully air-conditioned (except the basement where the sauna and fitness room are located); The five bedrooms are equipped with high quality bedding; The four master suites, each with its own bathroom, allow you to enjoy a splendid view of the sea. On the ground floor one of them offers direct access to the swimming pool, and upstairs one of them has its own terrace.
Inside, a fully-equipped gym with yoga mat, treadmill and Air bike, as well as a lounge with TV, books, board games, a billiard table and Internet with fast Wifi (636 Mbit/s)
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this magnificent and spacious villa in Les Issambres which has been specially designed for large families. Children can enjoy the playground in the garden with its swings and slide, as well as the mezzanine equipped with games, books and toys. Baby bed, high chair, available upon request for the youngest.
There are two beaches nearby and you can do all your grocery shopping at the supermarket 2.5 km away. 3.5 km away you will find the center of Saint Aygulf with horse riding activities. The Etang de Villepey lake is 5 km away and the town center of Les Issambres is 6 km away. Roquebrune sur Argens, where you can play golf, is 9 km away. And don’t forget to visit the market of Saint Tropez on Saturday morning.
You can park up to 3 cars for free.
One pet is allowed on the property upon request with a supplement of fifty euros per stay.
If you wish to have the bed prepared, there will be an additional cost of twenty euros per bed. You may request this at least a week in advance
We have recently encountered some difficulties with certain tenants, which is why we would like to remind you of some essential rules, already specified in the announcement:
-Outside guests are not allowed.
-As the neighborhood is close and sensitive to noise, it is imperative not to make noise outside after 9 p.m. (no music, shouting, or speakers).
-A sound detector is installed to prevent and detect any excessive sound level
If you wish to rent sheets and towels, please notify us at least one week in advance:
- Towel kit: ten euros (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel)
- Single sheet kit: fifteen euros (1 single sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Double sheet kit: twenty euros (1 double sheet + 1 double duvet cover + 4 pillowcases)
