An apartment of 82 m2 within sight of the Château de Bellevue, all wooden, very warm from our stud farm with thoroughbred Arabian horses. The castle with its fully fenced park of more than 40 ha is located at the south-western gateway to the Perigord. Wild animals and purebred Arabian horses roam freely in the park. If you like hiking, cycling, canoeing or if you are a horse enthusiast, you are here at the right address for a relaxing holiday.
Sights such as Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion, Brântome, Cognac, Bergerac - to name a few - are all within an hour's drive.
The 82 m2 apartment includes
- a double bedroom with en-suite WC
- a spacious living room with a separate bunk bed (also suitable for adults, respecting privacy);
- a kitchen-living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a pantry and a large dining room;
- an entrance hall with cloakroom;
- a shower room with double sink and separate toilet.
The living room and the double bedroom are air-conditioned. The equipment includes: a flat-screen TV and WiFi, a safe.
