City of Palm Springs Permit #005563 (6 adult guest max) and #005637 (6 adult guest max) (total of twelve adults plus four kids max. 16 total).
Make some memories in these 2 homes located in the exclusive 4 home enclave of Smoke Tree Court. Single Level homes, 3 bedrooms each and both has a private Swimming pools/spa and we share a Tennis court. Rare opportunity to share 2 homes next door to each other! pool heating is $100 per day for each pool.
A VRBO cleaning task list includes sanitizing all surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms, washing all linens and towels, and general cleaning like dusting, vacuuming, and mopping all floors. It's also crucial to disinfect high-touch surfaces like doorknobs and light switches, clean all windows and mirrors, and check that all amenities and supplies are clean, functional, and replenished for the next guest.
General cleaning
· Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and light fixtures.
· Clean and disinfect high-touch areas: doorknobs, light switches, and remotes.
· Clean windows and mirrors.
· Vacuum upholstery, including under the cushions, and vacuum or sweep and mop all floors.
· Empty all trash cans and replace liners.
· Clean the exterior, sweeping patios and cleaning outdoor furniture if applicable.
Kitchen
· Clean and sanitize all appliances: stovetop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
· Sanitize countertops, sink, and faucets.
· Clean inside drawers and cabinets if needed.
· Wash any dirty dishes or utensils.
· Dispose of any expired food items in the pantry or refrigerator.
Bedrooms
· Strip beds with used linens and remake them with fresh sheets.
· Vacuum under beds and furniture.
· Dust and polish all furniture.
Bathrooms
· Scrub and sanitize the toilet inside and out.
· Clean and sanitize the sink, bathtub, and shower.
· Wash and replace all towels, washcloths, and hand towels.
· Refill toilet paper, soap, and other toiletries.
