The apartment is stunning - and very authentic Parisienne. I loved the library and the dining room. The apartment has a huge amount of character. The location is in a great location - a short walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees

We loved this apartment, which was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We loved having the French doors open to let in a cool breeze, and the fans in the bedrooms worked well. We had everything we needed there, with supermarkets, cafes and the Metro station nearby. It was great having 2 showers and 2 toilets as there were 5 of us staying there.
It would be good to have air conditioning but it may not be possible to install in the Haussmann buildings. There was a rug in the dining room which slipped easily so would probably need something under it to stop it moving around or could be a trip hazard. We had trouble with the lock initially and getting the door opened but a locksmith was quickly organised to remedy the problem.

The owner corresponded with us regularly before the trip, and full instructions were given. The property manager met us at the property and was extremely helpful, giving us keys and all information.
