About this apartment rental
Be one of the first to enjoy this brand new listing!! Relax with the whole family at this beautiful condo! This completely updated/renovated unit is sure to please any family! Comfort and cleanliness were top priority in this unit! Virtually everything is new! No expense was spared! Whether you’re looking to spend some quality time with the family at the pool, do some fishing off the incredible dock or head to the beach (1/2 mile walk), this unit will meet all of your needs!
In addition to the beds in each bedroom, there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and a single size air mattress in the closet.
There’s a collapsible wagon to aid you in going to the beach that’s stored under the bunkbed. Collapsible beach chairs as well (4)
Grilling utensils are in a case in the hall closet. **** boat slips are not permitted to be used by Non owners. This is a strict HOA policy that they monitor very closely. There is plenty of parking for trailers typically. I can’t guarantee a spot as we do not have an assigned parking spot. But if you should choose to bring your boat, you are allowed to put in and take out daily at a public ramp while parking the boat/trailer in the parking lot at night. We would just need prior notice in order to notify the HOA of the trailer description and tag # that would be parked in the parking lot.******
