About this apartment rental
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located studio apartment with queen bed, pull out couch, full kitchen , full bath with bathtub, eating area, smart TV and all brand new finishes. This quiet top floor unit has views of the Halifax Harbour and a small private deck. This unit sleeps 4 with 2 on the pull out couch. This studio suite, features a full kitchen. Full bath and bedroom nook with queen bed. There is also a second exit and private patio. You will have access to the entire suite and private deck. Please note our building does not have a parking lot. You can park on the street overnight, or use one of the paid parking lots nearby.
There are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Daily Grind Cafe, Dukes Public House, and Edna to name a few.

Beautiful place it is very nice, cozy and clean! Location is near everything. The check in instructions were very clear as well. We will be coming here everytime we comme to Nova Scotia!

The suite was everything that we needed, clean and quiet. The walk from downtown was a bit further than we had realized, probably because of the hill but doable. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, which made us a bit uncomfortable walking back after dark.

There is face cloths and extra bedding for the sofa! Disregard the other reveiws about not having it. I checked in really late due to so much road construction and needed assistance getting in. I was able to contact the managment and got in without much of a wait! Maybe a total of 3 min! The paid parking is about 20 per day! Totally resonable! Everything about this property was great. We had such a deep sleep as its so quiet ! Nice light blocking cutains. Affordable pricing! A must have is their bistro downstairs! Wraps are huge and fresh baked begels with a strong drip coffee that gets you on your feet! We really enjoyed our stay! Two sets of stairs to get in with a beautiful veiw of the harbor.
