The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and a child’s bunk, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear lawn with furniture, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and a river, please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Canadian Cabin No 39 is a wonderful base from which to explore all that the Lake District has to offer. Note: The property is next to a river, please ensure children and pets are supervised. Note: There is a flight of stairs to the property, so may be unsuitable for those with mobility issues, please take care. Fishing is available onsite. Wild water swimming is available onsite. The stunning Newlands Valley is nearby, situated between Braithwaite and Buttermere, and the charming Bassenthwaite Lake is definitely worth a visit. Everything from a leisurely stroll through the countryside to a strenuous walk up Skiddaw or the renowned Catbells is available. Visit the Jennings Brewery, Mirehouse, a magnificent home and gardens on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake, or go on a wonderful boat tour of Derwentwater.
