Excellent location, you can walk right over to the shops/restaurants in Joshua Tree. It's set back from the main road, so not too noisy. Charming, old-fashioned feel. Room had a kitchen with a sink, mini-fridge, dishes and utensils. Newer mini-split AC installed. No TV. Will definitely stay here again.
It's an older building and starting to show it's age in spots. Walls are very thin. Cleaning crew could do a better job. No staff or workers on site. No pool or other amenities, maybe something for the future? Looks like there is plenty of room.

Showers are a little tight and very dark. Overall lighting inside the room and especially the bathroom was dark.
