About this house rental
NO cleaning fees. Newly renoed home just minutes to COTA and airport with bold boutiquish Austin-themed designs and a nice big jetted HOT TUB . Sleeps 16+ guests: 8 queen beds, 2 KING beds and 3 sleeping sofas. Comfy beds, TVs, fans and AC w Nest thermostat. Perfect for:

The space
Property was remodeled in February 2024. We added new LVP floors and professionally painted the walls in funky bold colors inspired by local Austin artists and added neon lights to enhance the cool factor and to give our guests a taste of the “Keep it Weird/ Fun” vibe of the city. This is the perfect spot for your next COTA race/ concert or festival. Also, a short drive (10-15 min) to East Austin’s best restaurants and bars. 5-8 minute drive to airport.
Style and comfort are main features of this one story house. Plenty of space and beds for a large group. Brand new TVs in each bedroom with high quality mattresses. Whole house AC and control the temp with a brand new nest thermostat.
The common area is open and will let you make memories with the whole crew. The game room is equipped with a foosball table and a retro arcade. More beds are available for your extra guests.
The patio is a fantastic spot to chill or entertain. Complete with a 6 person jetted hot tub, cafe lights, back yard shade covered living room, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table.
Don’t forget to play a game of corn hole/ bags while the kiddos enjoy the playground. Come stay at our funky house!
We have one motion-activated security camera on the front porch and one facing the driveway. The cameras will be turned on and recording during your stay.
