About this house rental
Ultimate home for Bachelor Bachelorette. That includes a full size PickleBall Court, a 2,000 sqft country club putting green with pitching pads and sand trap, poker room option, hot tub and lighted patio. Tesla available at home via Turo. (Dont rent a car- Uber from airport)
Every guest will have their own bed, zinus & temperpedic beds (no air mattresses)
This home is 5 min, $8 uber to downtown, even closer to ACL, Zilker park, Barton Springs. Near famous Austin restaurants (Fonda San Miguel, Carve, Chez Zee, Pinthouse Pizza, Hopdoddy, Maru Sushi & more)

* 2 separate living areas. One is focused around a TV and the 2nd is in a much larger room surrounded by 5 bay windows
* Security Camera's are outside the home so people inside the house can see people at the front door, as well as the front or back yards approaching the house

When extra guests are not disclose will be charged $100 per person/night (includes tax, one, etc). There is an event fee for large events. Example. A group of 6 adults book and stay overnight but you host a party and 20 people come. We would charge a $1200 (20 person) event fee or you could increase the guest count to 20 overnight guests and pay that price. Let's assume the same group of 6 booked and hosted a party and did not disclose it. In said case we would see (ring camera) or learn about the event from neighbors and evict those staying which is what is established per vrbo policy

Great space for large group of people. House is in need of a deep clean (mop floors, inside of cabinets were dirty)and some maintenance (

The house itself was great, but it was advertised as having 14 different sleeping areas (Beds, pull out couches, futons, etc.) but there were only 12 setup. There were 2 beds in the closets so all we needed to rectify it was some sheets that we couldn't find. I reached out to the property manager about it and after some pushback (In which they hinted at me lying about the number of people staying at the house by stating he can check how many people come in due to the camera by the front door) they offered to have me buy the sheets myself and reimburse me, which they ended up doing. Small hiccup in an otherwise nice stay
