(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Looking for a two night stay while visiting a friend in the area. Found this lovely quiet spotless restful oasis in the desert! Loved the pool especially! Had everything we needed. Would recommend it and stay again!

A very nice house in a gated community. Parking on the street is not allowed. We had three vehicles. So, one was parked in the garage. The garbage cans are kept in the garage too. They were rank! The floor under them was covered with dried leaked liquids that further added to the smell. Those should've been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was no hot water in the hall bathroom shower. Aside from those complaints, it's a great place.

It's a nice house in a gated neighborhood. We enjoyed the swimming pool! The trash cans are kept in the garage and need to be cleaned out. The garage was rank. There were also stains on the garage floor from the trash cans leaking that should've been cleaned. There is no on street parking allowed. We had three vehicles which meant one had to be in the garage. We left the overhead door open while we were there. My only other complaint was the lack of hot water in the guest bathroom shower.
