Unfortunately, I have to say I'd stay somewhere else next time I'm in Cleveland.

The Green Goat Cafe was great. Clean, nice staff, good food and coffee. But it is not related to Superior Living.

If you're offering room 113 I'd decline. The hall by the bedroom is just creepy, walking up the stairs you can see everything that was ever dropped under them, there was no power to the outlets by the bed. So I needed to move to a different room (or leave) because I need power for a medical device. The person who changed my room (by phone) was helpful. Room 115 was better but the shower floor was slimy and I needed to clean it before I would use it. And the ceiling vent in the bathroom was just gunky. And the bed frame was unstable. The whole bed shifted when I turned over. Oh and soap and shampoo are not provided which to me was very unusual. So bring your own.

Nice building and location but terribly maintained and unclean unit.

Location is good and the building itself is nice.

Kitchen floor was sticky. Of the six bulbs in the kitchen three were out. The shower was not clean (hair). There was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom (had to shower with hand soap). The door lock was finicky and took several tries to unlock. The furniture was rickety.

I would recommend the place for a longer stay as it is really an apartment instead of a hotel room.

The full well equipped kitchen and large living room was a good plus for a three day stay. I appreciated the shower (no tub) and the excellent water pressure. The codes I was sent worked well. The overall size of the place was much bigger than the typical hotel room and having the bed in a separate room was a nice change.

The complexity of getting a reservation - lots of information required including a digital picture of my driver license. The instructions for that didn't work and it took several emails to resolve it. Requiring a security deposit was something no other hotel or motel has required. The $85 cleaning fee seemed excessive to me for a three day stay. The mattress was not comfortable - felt like all dense foam which created troughs when I tried to sleep. The location was a bit remote (the only dining options within walking distance - two chinese restaurants - were closed and the attached restaurant I tried gave me the worst breakfast and coffee of the whole trip).

When we arrived the room temp was 79. I tried to change the temperature but the thermostat was set. We got very hot throughout our stay.

The AC in the unit was nice and cold. That was about the only thing that was great about the place.

They only had one comforter, no extra blankets. There was zero to no lighting in the main living room.. it smelled like weed when we got into the room. We also asked for a heavier blanket and received 2 sheets..... The beds were rock hard All of the towels were stained and there was hair in the shower and hair attached to the towels. No dish soap. Thankfully there were pans that we used to cook breakfast. The place was decent size but the amenities were awful.

It was not a major inconvenience but given the fact that this was a refurbished old building the access to the exit in and out of the building was a bit awkward... During the day you can go through the restaurant downstairs but after 5 PM you have to exit a different way because the restaurant is closed. Nothing that could be done about it but just a comment...

Parking was kinda far and I was locked inside of the parking area for an hour because the gate malfunctions often.

The stay was convenient for the location wasn’t far from my work location and it had free parking which is always a plus in another city!

The property needs some TLC. There were cracks and scuffs all over the walls, the couch was stained all over as well as the decorative pillows in bedroom and the carpet in the bed room. The furniture was cheap and not comfortable, the bed side table looked as if it could fall apart if you laid anything on it. The bathroom was dirty as can be. The area around the sink was filthy and the shower had hair from previous guest as well as some other fluids I am unsure of. There was an attachment that looks as if they previously supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but the front of it was missing so that was not supplied. The apartment had a wifi router but no wifi, the tv also runs off wifi but was not working considering wife wasn’t available. There was a cord that was mangled behind the tv that I did not know what was for but I didn’t want to mess with anything or cause more issues so I let it be. They offered coffee and tea on their listing yet there was an old pod still in the coffee maker and only three pods of coffee left, wish would have been fine if I stayed for a day but I stayed for 12 days. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when I arrived but the soap area was broken so I didn’t run it because I didn’t know what to do if i could put a pod in the washer. The parking lot was a walk around the block and not attached to the actual location. This would not be an issue if the area was not dangerous. Constant reports of crime were going off in that area and I had to sit in my car for 15 minutes while waiting for 12 men to stop fighting on the street in order to feel safe enough to walk to the building. That same night when I got up got the third floor, there was hair, confetti, smashed pieces of chicken and much more trash all over the halls. The last couple notes I have to make are in regards to safety, the first night I was there I woke up the next morning to someone opening the door and entering the property.

Disappointing Stay at 2125 Superior Living: Unmet Expectations and Concerns of Cleanliness

The directions to the rental were clear, there was free parking and the cafe attached to the property was really good. A lot of space in the apartment.

We booked this place expecting a clean, upscale experience, but it was far from that. The owner advertised it as smoke-free, but the first night there was an incredibly strong cigarette smell. The bathroom was dirty, there were questionable stains on the couch, the tv stand was loose and leaning forward which was not safe for our kid (The posting mentions all ages are welcome), and there was either mold or food in the ice tray, along with stains, dust and greasy surfaces throughout. The bed was the only clean safe haven we found but the bed frame legs were about to break. I don’t understand why a $250 deposit was even required, given the poor condition we found the place in. I messaged the owner during our stay and asked if they had alternative accommodations and they responded without addressing my request.

Very nice

Super nice location, right downtown so close to many things. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. If I come back to Cleveland I’d definitely stay on the same place.

There was no extra toilet paper or towels so on night one there I had to buy toilet paper. Other than that no complaints.

Ruido a todas horas. La nevera sonaba como si se fuese a romper, el sistema de ventilación también. A las 2 de la mañana alguien puso música muy alta y no acabó hasta las 6. Gritos a cualquier hora, la gente no tiene respeto. La ubicación muy mala, son suburbios y hay prostíbulos. Hay que andar 15 min hasta el centro y te cruzas con gente que sabes que no es buena. Por el precio tan alto y el depósito que hay que pagar, no merece la pena. La ciudad está vacía y la poca gente que hay no es buena.
