Perfect location for the purpose of my stay- sightseeing trip
Everything was perfect

Location, tasteful decor
We arrived thinking it would be a B&B, but it’s a vacation rental. We didn’t receive instrucions or door codes before arriving, and there was a phone number to call, but our phones were on airplane to avoid expensive roaming charges. We figured out that the rental was affiliated with the restaurant down the hill, and located the manager who gave us the codes.
The curtains in the bedroom are transparent, so no privacy and no sleeping in unless you thought to bring an eye mask.

We had a brilliant stay at Gray's Manor - Lake Memphremagog, in Newport.
The place was very easy to find, and the facilities were excellent.
It was spotlessly clean, and the neighbourhood was quiet and attractive.
Sarah (the concierge) was very helpful.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay, and Gray's Manor deserves the highest possible rating.
Nothing, everything was exceptional.
