Gray's Manor - Lake Memphremagog

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with great views. The common areas were really nice, though I didn't use them. Great location to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Very comfortable bed with nice bedding.

Only a few picky things, which would not deter me from staying again. The room was lovely, but could have used a chair as well as a folding luggage rack. There were only four hangers. Stir sticks would be nice for the coffee. Paper or regular towels in the common kitchen would be helpful for cleaning, and paper napkins would be welcome. Appreciated a Keurig in the room, but a better brand of coffee would be nice. A box of tissue in the room would also be appreciated. But again, these are picky things. I would definitely return! It was a little creepy having the only occupied room the first night, but I felt secure.

We didn't get breakfast, not sure when it was.

I thought the home was on the lake but that could have been my overbite.

The location was good. The parking was OK given that the Inn was full on Saturday night. The shared spaces were lovely and warm and not utilized by any of the guests during my stay.

The heat in my room on the first floor was not working. I tried everything to warm up the room on Saturday night. I also looked for extra blankets as all the bed had was a sheet and a bedspread with a throw blanket available. The ROKU was also difficult to navigate and I could not watch any local TV. After night one I contacted the manager and was moved to the room upstairs that was now vacant and the heat was working. Noise from upstairs was distracting on night one. Liquid dispensers in the bathrooms were empty so pack your own.
