Hotel Bulà

Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique et accueillant. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes et confortables. L’hôtel est bien placé pour visiter Milan : la gare de train S3 est à 5 minutes de marche puis le trajet jusqu’au centre de Milan dure une vingtaine de minutes.

Le petit déjeuner correspond plutôt à une pause café. Il n’y a pas de buffet mais une petite vitrine avec des viennoiseries. On choisit sa viennoiserie et sa boisson puis le barman nous l’apporte, le service est long.

Hotel Bula is een hotel dat ik zeker kan aanbevelen, vooral voor grote gezinnen. Tijdens ons verblijf waren we erg tevreden over de service. De medewerkers waren ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Vanaf het moment van aankomst werden we professioneel ontvangen en kregen we duidelijke uitleg over alles wat we moesten weten. Daarnaast konden de medewerkers goed Engels spreken, wat de communicatie erg gemakkelijk maakte. Omdat we ook de stad Milaan wilden bezoeken, vroegen we naar de mogelijkheden voor vervoer. Het hotel heeft dit uitstekend geregeld en werkte samen met betrouwbare taxi’s, waardoor wij zonder zorgen naar de stad konden reizen. Wij verbleven in een Deluxe Familiekamer en deze was perfect voor ons grote gezin. De kamer was ruim, netjes en zeer schoon. Ook de bedden en kussens waren van goede kwaliteit en lagen erg comfortabel. Kortom, Hotel Bula biedt uitstekende service, comfortabele kamers en een gastvrije sfeer. Wij hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad en raden dit hotel zeker aan voor gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een fijne overnachtingsplek in de buurt van Milaan.

Central nice location for the hotel, close to a supermarket and other shops. Parking available right in front. The receptionist very friendly and happy to answer all our questions, she helped with explanations and the check-in process. Quiet hotel and the bar seemed popular with the locals. We were there for 1 night and it was good for our needs.

Coming back in evening and getting ready for bed we discovered that the sheets had some blood stains on them. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom, which can happen but the bed sheets should never. The reception is closed after 10pm so we didn't announce it, just kicked the sheets off the bed. In the morning we wanted to put the lugagge in the car and talk to the receptionist but they were not available. One lady from the breakfast area didn't understand English and thought we were leaving without paying and the front door was closed at 10.30 am when the check out is supposed to start. Another man showed up, still no English and asked if we paid, we said yes and they finally opened the front door. It was an unfortunate situation and we were very upset that morning. If check-out is at 10.30 the receptionist should be there and front door should be opened.
