Le calme, l'ambiance chaleureuse, la fonctionnalité du logement.
l'accès à la ville n'est pas très pratique de ce logement, loin du métro et bus peu fréquent cependant, les vélos en location, compensent très bien ce manque de transport en commun. Les prix de location sont très intéressants.

Que el apartamento está a unos 20 minutos andando del centro de rouen
Es un cuarto sin ascensor, llegamos cargados con maletas, si vas con carro o silla de ruedas, mejor no coger este apartamento, no hay pza de aparcamiento como dice el anuncio, se deja en la calle, éramos 4 y sólo habían 2 sillas para poder comer, cenar etc. Está bien para 2,, el lavabo olía bastante mal a alcantarilla. Y no estaría mal, cambiar la cerradura de la puerta de la calle, la puerta no cierra bien. El propietario en todo momento muy atento, pero le falta bastante para un alquiler vacacional
